Do you offer discounts for nonprofits/charities/schools?
Unfortunately, much as we'd like to, we can't give discounts to nonprofits, charities, or educational institutions. There are a few reasons for this:
- The pricing is designed to be as accessible as possible so that a good return on investment is easily achievable by all customers. Return on investment is usually calculated in terms of time saved and the cost of that time. If you don't think you'll be able to get a reasonable return on investment then it's likely that Gravity Flow is not suitable for your organization.
- A lot of customers are nonprofits, charities, educational institutions, etc precisely because it's a cost-effective solution. By giving discounting the product we'd be reducing the ability to continue the high level of support we offer to all our customers.
