License Renewal
Gravity Flow is licensed for one year at a time. After that licenses are renewed automatically at the end of the year.
What happens if a license is not renewed?
- Automatic security and feature updates will be discontinued.
- The download link in your account page will disappear.
- You will no longer have access to technical support.
Will Gravity Flow work with an inactive or expired license?
Yes it will, but we recommend that customer remove it because outdated plugins are a serious security risk.
Are there lifetime licensing options?
Not at this time.
If I have Production, Development and Staging servers, do I need to activate my license on all sites?
You can activate it on all sites. Activations on local and staging servers do not contribute to the license activation count.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription any time from your account area.
Will you warn me before the subscription renewal?
Yes, an email will be sent to the account email address two weeks before the renewal to give you time to cancel if you need to.
Can I get a refund for the renewal payment?
No refunds will be made for renewals. We make a lot of effort to make it clear that the payment is automatically renewed until you cancel it via your account area on gravityflow.io. It's clearly stated on each of the product pages, it's cleared indicated on the checkout for each of the products, it's in the terms of agreement that are required for purchase and it's mentioned again in the purchase confirmation email. We also send an email to the license holder two weeks before the renewal with a reminder of the automatic payment and instructions on how to cancel the subscription.
