How do I contact support?

Log in to https://gravityflow.io using the account details you entered on the checkout page and open the support page. .

License Activations and Renewals

Gravity Flow is licensed for one year at a time. After that licenses are renewed automatically at the end of the year.

Is there a trial or demo version?

Yes, we have a demo site where you try some sample workflows. However, the admin settings are not accessible. We don't offer trial licenses or a demo.

Can you help me with my customization?

While we do not offer direct customization or development services, our support services are here to help you understand how to get the most out of Gravity Flow and its extensions that we may be able to point you in the right direction.

How do I get a VAT Invoice?

You can access your invoices from your account area on gravityflow.io.

Unable to validate license

If you are unable to validate the license even after entering the license key correctly, try manually adding a site URL to the Manage Sites page (within the client area of Gravity Flow, Account -> License Keys ).

Can I upgrade my license?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time by using the upgrade link in your account area. The price of the upgrade is the price of the new license minus the price you paid for your current license.

Can I downgrade my license?

No, downgrading is not supported at this time.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

We can now accept payments in USD and EUR from anywhere, for payments on all Gravity Flow products. A manual processing fee of $50 or 50€ will be added.

Can I get a refund for my renewal payment?

No refunds will be made for renewals. We go through a lot of effort to make it clear that the payment is automatically renewed until you cancel it via your account area on gravityflow.io.
