Overview
When attempting to update the plugin, you receive the following error: “Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized.“
Verify your license key
Ensure that you have entered the correct license key on the Gravity Flow Settings page or in the license key constant, and that a green checkmark appears to confirm activation.
Check activation limit
This error often occurs when the license activation limit has been reached. You can manage your license activations in your account area on gravityflow.io.
Windows file path length
If your server runs on Windows, you may be encountering the maximum file path length of 256 characters. Move your site to a higher-level directory to shorten the file paths. Refer to this Microsoft documentation for more information.
