Checklists Extension

The Checklists extension allows Gravity Flow administrators to publish a series of forms where each form requires a single submission. This is useful for processes that involve multiple steps or tasks that must be completed individually, such as onboarding programs, compliance requirements, or recurring organizational checklists.

Key Capabilities

Create Multi Form Checklists
Build checklists that guide users through a set of required forms. Each item represents one form submission and provides a clear view of what is completed and what is pending.

Track Progress Easily
Completed items show a checkmark and link to the submitted entry. Pending items link directly to the form, helping users continue where they left off.

Support Sequential or Flexible Completion
Enable sequential completion to require users to submit forms in order. Items that are not yet available appear greyed out until previous items are completed.

Show Workflow Status
Items that are currently processing display a label to indicate that the workflow is still running. This gives users and administrators visibility into in progress submissions.
