Integrations
Overview
Gravity Flow supports configuring workflow steps for all compatible Gravity Forms feed-based and field-based add-ons. When an add-on provides a feed that integrates with Gravity Flow, it becomes available as a Step Type in the workflow editor. This enables add-on actions to run at the exact point you define in the workflow, rather than immediately on form submission.
The lists of supported add-ons are populated automatically within the product and are not included in this article.
Configuring Steps for Add-Ons
You can add feeds from compatible feed-based add-ons at any step in the workflow. The configuration experience looks similar to the following:

When an add-on is compatible, its feed appears as a Step Type option in the step settings. Additional integrations with official Gravity Forms add-ons are under development. If you need support for an add-on not currently integrated into your project, contact Gravity Flow Support so it can be evaluated and prioritized.
How Add-On Steps Work
Supported add-on feeds can be placed anywhere within the workflow. When an add-on is compatible, its feeds appear automatically in the Step Type dropdown. The step executes when the workflow reaches it, giving you full control over when external actions occur.
Some add-ons provide enhanced workflow capabilities. For example, Advanced Post Creation includes an Update Post step for entries that created a post, and certain payment gateways can be triggered through the Form Connector’s Form Submission step.
Integration with Third-Party Add-Ons
Gravity Flow is also compatible with a selection of third-party Gravity Forms extensions. These integrations may offer conditional logic tools, dynamic population, enhanced PDFs, collapsible sections, invoice generation, CRM integrations, and more.
Feed Processing Notes
Add-on feeds are intercepted by Gravity Flow only when they are assigned to a workflow step. If a feed is not added as a step, it executes during standard form submission.
Gravity Flow does not support the legacy Repeater Add-On, which is no longer maintained. For repeatable field structures, use the Nested Forms perk from Gravity Wiz.
