Remove classes from a field when displaying it on a user input step

When fields are displayed on the user input step they will have the same classes as when displayed as part of the main form.

The Workflow menu doesn’t show up

This is usually due to incorrect permissions. Please try adjusting the permissions. Further information in the link below.

The inbox shortcode on the front page displays posts instead of the workflow detail

This happens when the Gravity PDF plugin is running. You can resolve this issue by adding the following snippet to your theme functions.php file.

Known incompatibilities with other plugins

The following plugins have known incompatibilities with Gravity Flow. You can find a list of supported plugins in the link at the bottom of this page.

The link to this form is no longer valid

When the Form Submission step is assigned to an email assignee a warning may be displayed when the assignee accesses the submission link from email: 'The link to this form is no longer valid'.

Auto-update failing

When attempting to update the plugin you get the following Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized. Make sure you entered the right key in the Gravity Flow -> Settings page or license key constant and that a green checkmark appears.

The shortcode doesn’t look the screenshots in the docs

Each theme will display the shortcode slightly differently. Font sizes, buttons borders input sizes will all be affected by your current theme and perhaps also by other plugins.

The coupon field isn’t working

The Gravity Forms Coupons Add-On currently requires a working product field to be present on the form - ensure it's editable.

414 error – Request URI too long

This error can result in a blank inbox page. If you have a security plugin installed such as iThemes Security installed then deactivate the "Filter long URL strings" option.

Resolving email field assignee based issues

There are a number of potential reasons that can cause inbox, entry details or other Gravity Flow pages involving email field based assignees to not display as expected.
