WooCommerce Extension – Refund Order Step

The Refund Order step will refund an order made either at the checkout or at a Payment or Capture Payment step in the workflow.

Form Connector – Update Fields

The "Update Fields" step, included in the Form Connector Extension, will update field values of the current entry with values from another entry or with custom values. .

Stripe Extension – Capture Payment Step

The Capture Payment step will collect a payment that was authorized during the form submission. If there is a Capture Payment step in the workflow then the payment will automatically be set to authorized and will not be collected until the Capture Payment step runs.

Flowchart

The Flowchart Extension enables Gravity Flow administrators to switch between the standard step list view and a Flowchart view of the steps.

WooCommerce Extension – Order ID Field

The WooCommerce Extension includes an additional field type which you'll find in the Workflow section of the Gravity Forms Form Editor.

WooCommerce Extension – Create Coupon Step

The Create Coupon step will create a WooCommerce coupon at any point in the workflow. This is useful for sending unique gift coupons to form submitters.

WooCommerce Extension – Capture Payment Step

The Capture Payment step will collect a payment that was authorized during the WooCommerce Checkout. If there is a Capture Payment step in the workflow then the payment will be collected when the Capture Payment step runs.

The Gravity Flow Stripe Extension allows administrators to add a single checkout step at any point in the workflow. For example, a subscription could be started or payment requested after approval.

Parent-Child Forms

The Parent-Child Forms Extension allows Gravity Flow administrators to define Parent-Child relationships between forms so that entries relating to an entry can be kept together.

WooCommerce Extension – Setup Instructions

Create a Form in Gravity Forms (or use the sample form below), which will be used for the WooCommerce integration. Whenever an order is created, an entry will be created in this form and the workflow will begin immediately.
