{workflow_cancel_link} Merge Tag

Assignees can cancel a workflow by clicking a link in an email using the {workflow_cancel_link} merge tag. To use it, set a default inbox page in the settings or specify a page_id in the tag.

Linking to the workflow entry

You can include links to the workflow entry in assignee and approval notifications by adding the {workflow_entry_link} or {workflow_entry_url} merge tag.

Merge Tags Reference

Gravity Flow uses merge tags to allow you to dynamically populate submitted field values and other dynamic information in notification emails, field mappings, content templates and other areas.

One Click Approval Links

One-click approval links and tokens enable approvers to take action: Approve, Reject, or Revert directly from an email without needing to visit the Workflow detail page.

The Workflow Fields

You can find the Workflow Fields in the Form Editor toolbox: When you add a Workflow Field to the form you can use it in the configuration of a Workflow step.

The Assignee Field

The Assignee Field is an advanced workflow field that can be added to a Gravity Form and can be used to allow users to choose between Users, Roles and other Assignee fields.

The Discussion Field

It's already possible to use the Notes field to add comments to the timeline, however, the timeline can get a bit crowded, and sometimes it's useful to manage conversations within the entry or add multiple conversations.

The Multi-User Field

The Multi-User field works like the standard Multi-Select field and shares the same options as the single User field.

The Role Field

The Role Field is a Drop Down field that displays a list of all the WordPress Roles on your site.

The Signature Field

Gravity Flow supports the Gravity Forms Signature Add-On in both the admin UI and the front-end shortcode. Once you've installed and activated the Gravity Forms Signature Add-On, add a Signature field to your form.
