You can change the order of steps at any time by dragging the step in the step list to the desired slot.
Note:
Entries will follow the order of steps in the step list when a step’s Next Step setting is set to the default ‘Next step in list’ option.
If a Next Step setting has been defined to a specific step, the entry will go to that step upon status change (expiration, approval, rejection, complete depending on step type).
