HubSpot Add-On

Overview

The Gravity Forms HubSpot Add-On integrates your Gravity Forms with HubSpot, a leading CRM and marketing automation platform. It allows you to automatically send form submission data to HubSpot for contact management, lead tracking, and campaign workflows. See the HubSpot Add-On Documentation for setup instructions.

Gravity Flow Integration

Gravity Flow ensures that when a workflow includes a HubSpot step, the standard post-submission HubSpot feed will not execute independently of the workflow. This provides control over when HubSpot actions occur in the workflow.

Creating a HubSpot Workflow Step

To add a HubSpot step to the workflow:

  1. From the Form Editor screen, navigate to Settings → Workflow.
  2. Select Add New Step and set a Name for the step.
  3. Choose the HubSpot step as the Step Type.

  1. Select a HubSpot Feed created using the HubSpot Add-On.
  2. Click Update Step Settings to save the step.
