Overview
The PayPal Checkout Add-On for Gravity Forms allows you to process payments using PayPal Checkout directly from your forms. See the PayPal Checkout Add-On Documentation for setup instructions.
Gravity Flow Integration
Gravity Flow ensures that when a workflow includes a PayPal Checkout step, the standard post-submission PayPal feed will not execute independently. This provides control over when PayPal payment actions occur in the workflow.
Creating a PayPal Checkout Workflow Step
To add a PayPal Checkout step to the workflow:
- From the Form Editor screen, navigate to Settings → Workflow.
- Select Add New Step and set a Name for the step.
- Choose the PayPal Checkout step as the Step Type.

- Select a PayPal Checkout Feed created using the PayPal Checkout Add-On.
- Click Update Step Settings to save the step.

Note: PayPal automatically cancels (expires) authorized Payments which are not captured within 29 days.
