Gravity Flow Integration
Square is integrated with Gravity Flow using the Form Connector extension. Since there are no native Gravity Flow step types or extensions, the Form Connector provides the workflow control needed to run Square payments at the right moment in your process.
By using the Form Submission step, you can:
- Trigger Square payments at any point in the workflow.
- Collect additional approvals or information before charging.
- Pass form data to another form configured with a Square feed.
Using Square With the Form Connector
To process Square payments within a workflow:
- Create a form with a Square Feed using the Square Add-On.
- In your primary workflow form, add a Form Submission step using the Form Connector extension.
- Select the Square enabled form as the Connected Form.
- Map any required fields.
- When the Form Submission step runs, the Square feed on the connected form will execute.
