Reporting

The reports page displays a variety of charts for completed workflows and average duration by month, step, and assignee to help you identify potential bottle-necks in your processes - in real time.

Shortcodes

As of Gravity Flow 2.8, Blocks are available for each of the page type shown below as a part of the core plugin. Learn more about the Gravity Flow Blocks.

Due Date

The Due Date setting is only available for Approval and User Input steps. These steps can be configured to have a due date after a specified delay or on a specific calendar date.

Expiration

Setting an Expiration Date is only available for Approval and User Input steps. These steps can be configured to have an Expiration Date after a specified delay or on a specific calendar date.

Step order

You can change the order of steps at any time by dragging the step in the step list to the desired slot. Entries will follow the order of steps in the step list when a step's Next Step setting is set to the default 'Next step in list' option.
