The Zoho CRM Add-On for Gravity Forms allows you to connect your forms with your Zoho CRM account to automatically create or update leads, contacts, and accounts based on form submissions.

Gravity Flow Integration
When a workflow includes a Zoho CRM step, Gravity Flow ensures that the standard post-submission Zoho CRM feed does not execute independently. This gives you full control over when Zoho CRM actions occur within the workflow.
Creating a Zoho CRM Workflow Step
To add a Zoho CRM step to the workflow:
- From the Form Editor screen, navigate to Settings → Workflow.
- Select Add New Step and set a Name for the step.
- Choose the Zoho CRM step as the Step Type.

- Select a Zoho CRM Feed created using the Zoho CRM Add-On.
- Click Update Step Settings to save the step.
