Twilio Add-On

Overview

The Twilio Add-On for Gravity Forms allows you to send SMS messages through your Twilio account when a form is submitted. You can notify users, administrators, or any phone number collected in your form.

Want to be notified when an order is placed via an order form? Need to know when a Request A Quote form is submitted? This is now possible using the Gravity Forms Twilio SMS Add-On.

Easily configure any online form to automatically send you an SMS notification message when a form is submitted using the Gravity Forms Twilio Add-On. Simply install the add-on, connect your Twilio account with Gravity Forms, and then enter the phone number you’d like to use to receive the form notification SMS messages.

Gravity Flow Integration

When a workflow includes a Twilio step, Gravity Flow ensures that the standard post-submission Twilio feed does not execute independently of the workflow. This allows you to control when SMS messages are sent within your workflow, rather than immediately after form submission.

Creating a Twilio Workflow Step

To add a Twilio step to the workflow:

  1. From the Form Editor screen, navigate to Settings → Workflow.
  2. Select Add New Step and set a Name for the step.
  3. Choose the Twilio step as the Step Type.
