Stripe Extension – Refund Payment Step

The Refund Payment step will refund a payment made either in the current entry or in a different one. Note that if you're refunding a subscription, it's recommended that you use the Cancel Subscription step before the refund step.

The Cancel Order step will cancel/void an order that was authorized during the WooCommerce Checkout. Remember that payment gateways automatically cancel (expires) payments after certain days if the payment is not captured (Stripe cancels them after 7 days and PayPal does the same after 29 days).

Yes. You can implement an approval loop which will allow approvers to send the form back a step so the previous user can modify values on the form. .

How do I send notifications to anonymous form submitters?

Create a Gravity Forms notification and select the workflow step from the event setting.

Do all the users need a WordPress account?

No, it's not necessary for users to have a WordPress account. Workflow steps (like approval or user input) can be assigned to email fields on the form.

Is Gravity Flow suitable for public websites?

Yes. It's possible to open the inbox up to non-registered users either by assigning steps to an email field or by allowing anonymous access in the shortcode attributes.
