License Activations and Renewals
Gravity Flow is licensed for one year at a time. After that licenses are renewed automatically at the end of the year.

Is there a trial or demo version?
Yes, we have a demo site where you try some sample workflows. However, the admin settings are not accessible. We don't offer trial licenses or a demo.

By default, the PDF generated by the Gravity Flow PDF Generator Extension is deleted immediately after sending by email – this helps to ensure that unauthorized users don’t see fields values later on in the workflow
